Our Return Policy

 

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

 

Conditions for Return

 

• New Condition: All returned clothing must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached. Items that are stained, have odors (like perfume or smoke), or show signs of wear will not be accepted.

• Original Items: We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from our store. We do not accept returns for custom-made or personalized items.

 

How to Return

 

1. Contact Us: To start a return, please email us at [support@charlibeantees.com] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible.

3. Shipping: You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
